The Client operates as an umbrella in the real-estate sector starting from residential and commercial properties to consulting and valuation services. The main challenge is to maintain inventory of assets (land buying and selling of residential and commercial property/lease), along with various agents and their calculation of commission which has diverse business conditions. They also face challenges such as customer engagement and acquisition. OIT proposed a feasible Salesforce CRM based solution by designing an automated system to keep track of the client’s agents and customers. CRM solutions were developed with a complete picture of the sales pipeline and existing customers. Referring to this, the client could identify and target individuals with the greatest potential for future sales.
