Broadridge Financial Solutions.  Recruited as Management Consultant to define and execute transformation program leveraging digital transformation and organizational change management strategies. Led strategic planning, set enterprise-level vision, secured Board approval and ran day-to-day execution of transformation program globally covering Capital Markets/Wealth Management back-middle office/DevOps (BPO), Finance, HR and Investor Communications areas.

Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of RFP process,, ran 3 proof-of-concepts, defined AI/RPA program techniques, build out of development teams, implementation of 100+ digital labor processes (43 FTE equivalents), establishing Compliance/supervisory oversight models, BCP plans and defined strategies to reduce organizational resistance to transformation programs.

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Program

Defined strategy, led initial product evaluations, defined end-state targeted organizational structures, built project plan, trained business on approaches, identified team dimensions, budget and implementation plans for a large client. Required extraction of semi-structured and unstructured data (10Q, Financial reporting, etc.) to feed RPA processes, databases and applications via API’s.

Robotic Process Automation Program

Offered RPA expertise by defining digital labor controls and oversight including Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), business continuity planning (BCP) and introduced business agility methodologies to optimize business and technical teams in a common agile framework for success.
